留學簽證，單位的準假信不是必需的，重點不是這么一份證明，而是這類證明的作用—表明你的留學動機和歸國計劃，消除你的移民傾向。
如果你的其他材料也可以很好的達到這一目的，就不需要強求準假信。至于辭職還是請假來英國學習，這取決于你的公司和你自己。
