Architecture MArch (ARB/RIBA Part 2) full-time over a period of two academic years.

Architectural Design MArch Full-time: one year, taught over 12 months

Landscape Architecture MA/MLA MLA Full-time, two years，MA Full-time, one year

Urban Design MArch Full-time: one year, taught over 12 months

作為巴院的王牌專業，以上四個專業在申請上除了需要提供作品集以外，學校還會根據學生提供的作品集情況安排面試。

根據18/19申請統計，Architecture MArch 總申請人數有835人，拿到offer的學生135人，實際入讀人數109人次;Architectural Design MArch總申請人數有629人，拿到offer的學生313人，實際入讀人數118人;Landscape Architecture MLA總申請人數60人，拿到offer的學生21人，實際入讀16人;MArch Urban Design總申請人數534人，拿到offer的學生226人，實際入讀人數85人;MA Landscape Architecture總申請人數69，實際拿到offer的學生24人，入讀學生11人。

錄取要求方面，除了之前說到的需要提供好的作品集和面試以外，建議學生專業背景是建筑相關專業或者園林等設計類專業，國內211或者985院校學生建議均分80+，雙非院校學生建議均分85+，英本學生建議均分60+。如果有相關的工作經驗，會有助于申請。

巴院申請量多的專業：MSc Project and Enterprise Management

作為巴院申請量多的專業，每年的申請量到底有多少呢?根據18/19申請統計，申請人數達到1855人，共計發放offer 166人，實際入讀人數117人。而且每年申請人數都是保持著不斷遞增的趨勢。申請費也由￡75漲到了￡150。

Course highlights

入學要求：The normal minimum qualifications are a lower second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.

英本的話要求是達到2:2就行，但是實際有拿到offer的學生大部分都是2:1+，國內學生的要求一般是211和985院校80+，但是實際有拿到offer的學生大部分都是85+。另外，該專業有可能會進行電話面試，這個是比較關鍵的點，不是所有學生都需要面試。

巴院申請要求比較低的專業：MSc Digital Innovation in Built Asset Management

作為巴院17年新開設的專業，MSc Digital Innovation in Built Asset Management專業的錄取要求：A minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.

簡單來說這個專業可以接受任何專業背景，對211或者985院校的錄取要求均分80+，對于英本學生的要求二等二，建議均分至少55+。

根據18/19的招生情況統計，Construction Economics and Management MSc專業一共有673人遞交申請，實際拿到offer人數181人，實際入讀102人;Infrastructure Investment and Finance MSc專業一共有226人遞交申請，實際拿到offer人數33人，確認入讀15人;Strategic Management of Projects MSc專業共有197人遞交申請，拿到offer人數32人，確認入讀20人。
