近來大家應該陸續收到了UCL商科的面試邀請(全網好像海海多)，上周六我們優越留學外籍文書導師Georges舉辦了一場關于面經的講座，今天就給大家總結說一下UCL商科面試的常規流程、過往試題，和一些面試經驗。

·UCL Msc Management

UCL的Msc management 專業會有兩個Pathway供學生選擇，分別是Corporate pathway和Finance pathway。一個是針對沒有商科相關背景的學生開設的，一個是針對有商科相關背景的學生開設的。該專業的面試是通過錄視頻的模式進行面試。

面試流程：

Step1：面試前收到郵件

標題-Fw:UCL School of Management would like you to complete a video interview的郵件

注意：需要在7個工作日內完成面試

Step2：進入面試

點擊Start my interview開始自己的面試。

新的面試題型一般都是2道固定的題目，一般是總共5分鐘左右的時間，學生需要對著電腦屏幕錄屏回答。

整個申請時間線：

UCL會在2021年1月開始審核面試學生，2021年8月之前出具全部審核結果。

UCL aims to complete stages 1-2 within 8 weeks. Stage 3 will begin from January 2021 onwards. Applicants who enter stage 4 may not receive a decision before August 2021.(來源：www.mgmt.ucl.ac.uk/management)

面試建議：

·環境準備：保持網絡暢通，環境安靜，著裝得體;

·面試狀態：面試過程保持鎮定，表現出真誠、積極、熱情、活力;

·答題思路：控制好時長和回答內容的結構，在規定時間內圍繞問題進行作答，可以用英式思維;

·專業準備：熟悉好專業核心課程，有針對性的作答;

·面試模擬：提前練習，做面試模擬，主要熟悉內容掌握好回答問題的節奏。

歷年題庫：

1、How you fit in this programe and how this master is going to help your career?

2、Define a big problem of our days and explain why this problem is big and propose some solutions for this problem.

3、Why you are the right candidate for MiM and why MiM is the right programme for you?

4、What is your biggest academic achievement and how do you think it will help you successfully complete an MSc Management at UCL?

5、Could you please give us an example of a current affair you recently read about? And what do you think of it?

6、Which cultures, other than you own, are you interested in.And why.

7、In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a good leader?

8、On a scale from 1 to 5, in which 1 corresponds to strongly disagree and 5 corresponds to strongly agree, rate how important is authenticity in leadership and explain why.

·UCL Msc Finance

UCL的Msc Finance專業分為筆試和面試兩個部分，筆試合格才會給到面試的。

筆試：

筆試部分基本上都是高數類的題目。筆試時長在一個小時左右，正常是8-10到選擇題，主要考察學生概率統計、高數和線代等。

面試：

時長：每題2分鐘，最后一道題2分半鐘(會有2小問)，中間有休息時間。

形式：線上面試，可以采取兩種方式，在網頁上進行面試&下載一個app。

流程：先視頻放題，題目文字就在視頻底下，然后10秒鐘視頻自動跳轉，接著20秒prep，再開始錄制，提前說完可以點done，然后跳到下一題的提示頁面。

學生B：

1. Describe a difficult time and how you reacted to it,positively or negatively? If the situation happened again, would you react differently?

3. Which point of your personality you would like to change if you could.

4. What types of hobbies do you like in your non-work life?

5. Describe a time when you had problem in team work and how you solved it?

6. Most challenge nowadays for financial institutions.

7. Describe a time you were not satisfied with your workresults. How did you discuss it with your professor/manager? how it worked out?Would you do differently if you had it again.

8. What do you know about MSc Finance at UCL? Why do you want tostudy finance at UCL?

·UCL Msc Business Analytics

形式：Video面試

面試題型參考：

學生A：

1. What will you find is the most challenging part of this programme? and why?

2. What are you best at? and why?

3. Which single activity do you regard as your greatest achievement?

4. How do you describe machine learning?

5. How do you think data and analytics will change business in the next 5 years?

6. What do you think everyone on this programme should read? and why?

7. Where do you want to work and what role after graduating from this programme?

學生B：

1.introduce yourself.

2.what is the most challenge part of the programme?

3. what kind of companies would you like to work after graduation?

4.how do you think about machine learning?

5.how do you think data and analytics will change the business in the next 5 years?

學生C：

1.what are you best at?

3. What is your greatest accomplishment up to date?

7. What kind of companies would you like to work after graduation?

·UCL MSc Project and Enterprise Management

這個專業是選擇性面試，目前的面試基本上是以電話面試為主，但是不是所有申請的學生都會安排電話面試，之前也有學生沒有面試直接給offer的。

電話面試的主要問題：General questions

1. 為什么選擇該學校該專業?

2. 在未來的十年里，你想在哪里工作(能有具體的公司名)?為什么?你為你的未來目標做過哪些努力?

3. UCL 的該課程對你的職業目標有什么作用?

4. 請描述你本科的學習。在未來的 5-10 年，你將如何運用你在本科所學?

5. 個人的優缺點/成功與失敗的經歷。

6、有什么愛好?

除了General questions 以外還會被問到的問題：

1、什么是項目與企業管理?

2、你是怎么理解該專業的?

3、你覺得通過該課程的學習會給你提供哪方面的幫助?

UCL視頻面試常規流程：

step1：測試設備

跟著指引測試設備，會讓你先錄制一段視頻，然后看一下畫面和聲音有沒有問題;如果沒有問題了，就點擊下一步。

step2：practice

有兩個選擇，一是做practice，二是直接開始interview;

practice questions(1)What country do you want to visit?(2)What do you think when you first heard about video interview?

practice結束之后，可以選擇開始interview，也可以選擇practice again;

step3：開始面試

(1)觀看一段video

點擊開始面試之后，會出現director錄好的一個視頻，他首先介紹了自己，然后告訴你，他會播放一段視頻，讓你好好享受。

(2)回答問題

①video結束之后，就可以開始回答問題，如果準備好了，就點擊屏幕上的按鈕就好了;

②點擊之后，就會出現director錄好的視頻，這時候的視頻上有字幕了!

③看完視頻后，有兩個選擇，一是重新觀看，二是直接開始進入準備;(注意：只有10s的時間讓你選擇)

④看完第二遍后就直接進入準備階段，有20s的準備時間，可以等待倒計時結束，也可以自己點擊按鈕直接開始錄制;(注意：這個時候包括后面回答問題時題目是一直留在屏幕上的，所以不用擔心會忘記題目!)

⑤開始錄制的時候，屏幕下方有倒計時，每個問題都限時1min30s，如果提前說完了，可以手動點擊按鈕結束錄制，然后系統會自動上傳;

⑥一道題目上傳完畢后，仍然是在自己準備好后點擊下一題，然后重復上面的流程。

step4：評價和反饋

全部視頻上傳之后，系統會自動刷新頁面然后讓我們對此次面試進行打分，還會讓填寫一下喜歡此次面試的哪一點。
